We got great value for our money at Cinquestelle B&B. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the train station and with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. The host, Eugenio, was helpful and provided great advice for exploring the city.
The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer more variety of food for breakfast.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met expectations. The location was central, stunning right next to central station. Found a place called Regina Margherita, set a few steps away from the venue, ate there a few times. The staff were very polite and kept the place clean.

We had the pleasure of being greeted by a friendly and helpful host, Eugenio. He were very good too make sure we had a great stay. He even helped us find a gluten-free restaurant on New Year's Day when everything was closed. Eugenio also offered to take us on a day trip to Pompei and Vesuvius. The location of the B&B was convenient, just a short walk from the train station.

Convenient location near the train station, making it easy to visit nearby attractions and take day trips. the owner was very helpful and provided useful information for exploring the area. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay overall.
Limited breakfast options, with only croissants and coffee offered. the B&B lacked some amenities that I would have liked, such as a gym or swimming pool.

The owner Eugenio went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable family experience. He provided us with a map and plenty of recommendations for family-friendly activities in Naples. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning kept us cool during the hot summer days. The balcony provided a lovely view of the street below. The shared kitchen was convenient, and Eugenio made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend this B&B to other families looking for a warm and welcoming stay.
My wife says that having an elevator in the building would make it easier for families with young children.

The hotel had a charming and cozy decor, with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating areas for senior guests to relax and socialize. The general areas were well-maintained and had a warm atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to spend time. the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators available for those with mobility issues.
I would have appreciated a more knowledgeable staff, especially when it comes to assisting senior guests with their specific needs and providing recommendations for activities suitable for us.
